Problems and Solutions

Problems that we occurred:


Weather Problems

Problem- Rain on location.
Solution- Changed the location idea’s to inside.

Problem- Wind when walking in outside clips.
Solution- ‘Chelsea’ hold her skirt down with her arm/hand.


Technical Problems

Problem- Battery ran out.
Solution- Bring and use a spare battery.

Problem-Tripod leg wouldn’t stay up.
Solution- Used tape to keep it still.

Problem-Finished the tape.
Solution-Rewound the tape to the beginning and film over clips that we didn’t need.


Location

Problem- Getting to Kingsdown from Walmer Science College.
Solution- Used the Stagecoach bus then walked .

Problem-Busy corridor with kids making faces.
Solution- Film in quieter times when there is less people around to disturb us.


Other

Problem- Forgetting the tape to film with.
Solution- Suzy’s dad managed to bring it to our location so we could film on that day.
